Project overview
This project was to a developer's specifications for two luxury townhouses of approx. 500sqm each on a narrow and steeply sloping coastal site.
Layering such large floor plans onto the site and making the most of the sea views whilst also maintaining visual privacy - all within tight AUP planning controls - was a real challenge.
My role in the project

Final result
Once the building consent was approved, the client handled the actual procurement and completion of the construction.
The recently finished residences are currently listed by Bayleys Real Estate.
